Welcome!

.to New Interiors, the monthly email magazine from Newbury Interiors.

I hope you had a pleasant Easter break - unusually for the majority of us, we didn't have the usual Bank Holiday weather!

This month we take a look at the customer satisfaction survey recently commissioned by Newbury Interiors, an innovative way to display images in the office, back pain in the workplace and Pac Man.

New Interiors comes to you without charge or obligation. If you like it, please tell your colleagues so they can receive it too. Details on how to subscribe and unsubscribe are at the end of each issue.

Wishing you every success

Chris Chamberlain
Managing Director

Our customers are highly satisfied!

The next generation in art display

Newbury Interiors sent out their first customer satisfaction survey recently to find out what their clients really thought about the company, its people and its services.

It was pleasantly surprised to find that over 80% of respondents were so happy with the work carried out for them that they would use the company again and refer Newbury Interiors to other companies. The vast majority of customers were very happy with the range of services provided by Newbury Interiors.

Acrylicize have developed a method of reproducing any image onto an acrylic canvas to create innovative and eye-catching results, ideal to add real impact to reception areas and meeting rooms.

The "canvases" can be produced in a variety of finishes and are wall mounted in such a way as to allow ambient light to interact with the piece. They can even be viewed on both sides if mounted on a glass wall.

    Are you sitting comfortably?

Does your office look like this?

According to the British Chiropractic Association, fifty nine percent of the working population sit down all day at work. With the increase in "hot desking" potentially adding to an increase in back pain, and with a third of office workers making no adjustments to either seating or computer equipment when switching desks, a sedentary PC posture is leading to an epidemic in back pain.

Posture change is as important as posture correctness, which can be supported by the provision of adjustable furniture to accommodate individual users' needs.

Finally, on a light hearted note, and for those of a certain age, we hope that your office does not look like the one shown in the video below! With the trend in office design now for a more open plan, light and airy feel, there is no excuse to have free standing partitioning that makes your office resemble a Pac Man maze!
