Newbury Interiors' customers are highly satisfied!

Newbury Interiors sent out their first customer satisfaction survey recently to find out what their clients really thought about the company, its people and its services. It was pleasantly surprised to find that over 80% of respondents were so happy with the work carried out for them that they would use the company again and refer Newbury Interiors to other companies.

The vast majority of customers felt that staff were competent and knowledgeable, listened to what they wanted and were friendly and courteous and were very happy with the range of services provided by Newbury Interiors.

John Hobson, Engineering Services Manager, AMEC Facilities Ltd said, "I was very satisfied with the workmanship and standards achieved. The client is pleased with the end result and I am sure will use Newbury Interiors in the future."
