We work in an area which centres on the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor from Bristol to London. It includes clients involved in most industry sectors: construction, pharmaceutical, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, technical, educational, engineering and construction.
There are three clear sectors of work:
- Alterations. Many clients will contact us for help when they want to either expand or downsize. If they are expanding, they may need to add more accommodation to their existing building. Equally if they are downsizing, they may need to merge two offices into one, make alterations to the fabric of the building, and perhaps re-let the surplus to another company. Either way we can help.
- Refurbishments Newbury Interiors specialises in transforming offices into dynamic working environments. We do a tremendous amount of refurbishments, from entire offices right through to washrooms and cloakrooms. We will strip out a building and replace the ceilings and partitioning, then fully refurbish it, providing all the finishing touches. Refurbishments bring offices up to date, improve the image of the company and boost staff morale.
- New buildings. We work directly for end users, or more commonly, for main contractors in large building projects. In these cases we may be called upon to do all the partitioning and ceilings
In short, if you have an office space, we can fit it out with virtually everything you require. We will start with the partitioning and ceilings, but our additional services will provide those finishing touches which make the office stand out: office refurbishment and decoration, floor coverings, office furniture and storage. We can either do a specific job for you or provide full project management for a design to completion package.
